Nappy head

Yes, that's my Katie with a nappy on her head. I belly laughed when I saw this picture and it made me think how much fun she really can be. She will pose for pictures and she'll showoff what she has on to another person if you ask her to. She's game for quite about anything if she's in a good mood.

She's also really cute when she runs. And runs. And runs. She sometimes gets into these running moods and she'll go from one corner of the house to another. Or if she's outdoors she will run and run and not stop till she's reached the end and has nowhere to go. And looking at her, following her from behind she appears much older than a 17 month old toddler. Because apart from physically, she seems to know where she wants to go. She has a very determined run! HAha!

I'm now worrying about when I should start her on playschool and what time of the day she should attend. I hate that school is going to get in the way of my spending time with her.. It has to be done. But I must now make a decision on whether to send her to school soon, or wait a few more months. I suppose that won't hurt! Keep her with me a little longer! My little Nappy Head!

Making faces

Gosh, how she's grown!.

Our little darling can now climb up the ladder, come down the slide by herself. She can take Randy the doll for a walk in her pram. She can just about eat by herself, and her favourite dvd is elmo. She will ask to wacth elmo a million times a day.

We've taught her to make three facial expressions:surprise, angry and happy. She can float in the water with her floaties, and she can say words like Elmo, More, Mamma, Papa, Nanna, Gaga, Mai, Car, No, .... we need to work on her vocab!

She can say neigh, Moo, Meow, Woof, Bzzz, and she can sign bird and tasty.

She loves kindermusic, and doesn't hate swimming anymore. And she eats just about anything.

She's our little darling!
