We're into November

....which means we're approaching Katie's first birthday... FAST! I haven't been a very god contributor to this blog. Mainly because of time, but also because Katie achieves so much so quickly it's hard to keep track. Which really is the purpose of this blog, so I put it down to pure laziness.

As I sit here writing this, Katie's just waking up from her morning nap. The only plan we have for her today is to bring her to see uncle Tom. Poor darling has a cough. Everyone has a theory as to how she got it. I think she picked up a bit of a cold from swimming (it was freezing on Wednesday) and then from splashing around in the pool later that evening (it was a cool night). I think I'm right though, coz I'm the mom!!
